Project Owner/Project Manager
You are a communicative, curious personality with a high level of quality awareness. You are experienced in product/application development and/or management of software development projects and you feel comfortable in the interface between customers and development teams. You like to work systematically and proactively, you are well organized and you like to maintain control over time, human and financial resources in projects. You enjoy digital tools and technologies, you always keep a critical eye on existing processes and you strive to optimize systems for the benefit of quality and efficiency. You also enjoy working and growing in a small, dynamic environment with a lot of personal responsibility.

Skills
Required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of software architecture and life cycles
- Knowledge and/or experience with agile PM methods (Scrum, Kanban or comparable frameworks)
- Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and German
Advantageous
Knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:
- Application development (DevOps/Backend/Frontend) and/or product development
- PM-Tools (Notion, Forecast, Bexio or similar)
- Confidence in dealing with customers and stakeholders
Tasks
Planning, management and control of software development projects:
- Preparation of offers and invoices
- Resource and time planning
- Assembly and management of project teams
- Handling of work packages in our PM-Tool (Forecast)
- Risk management and contingency planning
- Creation and management of project budgets
- Quality management
