CSS 3

What is CSS 3?

CSS stands for “Cascading Style Sheets” and is the de facto standard for declaring the presentation layer in browsers. In the meanwhile third version, significant features such as CSS grids, flexbox, multi-column layouts and animations have been added. The CSS specification is administered by the CSS Working Group of the W3C.

How do we use CSS 3?

We use CSS to define layouts, typography, colors, animations and motion in all projects.

Why CSS 3?

As there is no alternative standard for the presentation layer, we are (just like everyone else) bound to CSS. Since CSS is now extremely powerful and versatile, we do not see this as a burden.
