The bank acrevis has opened up its first «Counter of the Future» in Rapperswil in 2018. This pure digital customer hall offers all services of regular counters without the physical presence of consultants. The banking services are provided on screens as web applications. Of course, personal consultations are possible and can be held discreetly in separate rooms in the form of chats or video calls. JOSHMARTIN was entrusted with the development of the core self service portal for the interactive usage of the different services. The goal was kind of a digital kiosk that makes the service application and the consultation features accessible and easy to use for the customers.
